Health Qigong Demonstrations

The last (long) weekend, Sydney played host to the visit of two professors from China:
Prof. Wang Xiao Jun, Beijing Sport University and Prof. Hua Hua, Wuhan University.

The visit was organised by the International Health Qigong Federation and Tai Chi Fitness Australia.
On Friday 9 June they gave a free demonstrations of some Qigong routines and the attendees had an opportunity to exchange their experiences and ask questions. Unfortunately, the places were limited and not everyone could register. For those who missed out we have some pictures and a short video.

On three following days the specific workshops were conducted.
If you missed these workshops and still wish to learn the routines, a number of schools offer similar courses and seminars where you can learn them. Next available workshop (Yi Jin Jing, Dao Yin and Qigong Tai Chi Stick) in Sydney is on this Saturday 17 June at the Epping Creative Centre. Register here.
